DRAW - The draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. Entrants may not be employees or their immediate families of the Great Gardens of Cornwall, The Nare Hotel their agents or anyone professionally connected with the draw. One entry per person. Entries only accepted on the web entry form. No bulk or third party entries accepted. No purchase necessary. No responsibility will be accepted for lost, damaged, delayed or illegible entries. All sections of the entry form must be completed. The closing date for entries is 11.59pm on 31st December 2013. The prize will be awarded to the first entrant randomly drawn after the closing date. The draw will be independently witnessed. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified in writing within 14 days of the closing date. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering this draw you give your consent to being contacted by The Nare Hotel and Great Gardens of Cornwall (both as a group and by the individual gardens). No cash alternative is available for the prize. The winning entrant will receive accommodation at The Nare Hotel (subject to availability) for 4 nights on a dinner, room and breakfast basis with afternoon Cornish cream tea daily. The winner will also receive entry to each of the Great Gardens of Cornwall for two people for the duration of their stay. The prize is non- transferable.
PRIZE DELIVERY – The prize must be taken between 1st January 2014 through to the 30th April 2014 by mutual agreement. Dinner may be taken in The Dining Room (table d’hote 5 course menu) or on The Quarterdeck (a-la-carte menu) without restriction. Entry to each of the Great Gardens of Cornwall is for the duration of the holiday only and cannot be redeemed at a later date. The Nare Hotel’s standard booking terms and conditions apply. The prize excludes transport to and from Cornwall and the gardens. Travel insurance is also not included. In the unlikely event of the prize (or one or more constituent elements) not being available, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value. The names and counties of the prize winners will be made available after 1st February 2014 to those sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to Great Gardens of Cornwall 2013 Draw, c/c Trewithen Estate, Grampound, Truro, Cornwall, TR2 4DD. The winners and their families may be required to take part in publicity, and by entering this draw, they give their consent to take part in such publicity.
