Great Gardens of Cornwall Loyalty Card – Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility: The Great Gardens of Cornwall Loyalty Card is available to all visitors and is valid for use at all participating gardens/ Tregothnan International Tea Centre.
• Loyalty Card: Cardholders receive £2 off standard admission at each participating garden. The discount applies to full-price adult tickets only and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotions.
• Loyalty Cards have no cash redemption value.
• Validation: Each visit must be stamped at the garden’s ticket office at the time of entry. Only one stamp per garden visit per cardholder is permitted. This is a scheme to encourage visitors to experience the full range of The Great Gardens of Cornwall so only one stamp per garden per loyalty card is allowed.
• The £2 discount cannot be redeemed against garden events or products.
• Free Entry Reward: After visiting 13 different participating gardens, cardholders are entitled to one free visit to the remaining 14th Great Garden/ International Tea Centre.
• Cardholder Use: The loyalty card must be presented at the time of purchase to receive the discount or to redeem the free visit.
• Expiry: The card is valid until further notice, and all discounts and the 14th free visit are only valid whilst this loyalty scheme is in operation.
• Lost Cards: Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced, and previous visits will not be credited to a new card.
• Garden Participation: Participating gardens reserve the right to amend their entry prices and opening dates at any time. Please check individual garden websites for opening times and any restrictions before travelling.
• General Conditions: The scheme is subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at any time at the discretion of the Great Gardens of Cornwall.

The Great Gardens of Cornwall Loyalty Card Scheme – Eden Project Annual Pass Terms and Conditions

• The Great Gardens of Cornwall (GGOC) discount scheme is valid on the purchase of Eden Project Annual Passes online and on arrival, prices may differ.
• The loyalty card must be presented on arrival to be stamped. Failure to produce a card may result in an additional charge for entry.
• The GGOC discount can’t be used in conjunction with any other existing promotions or discounted tickets Eden Project may launch throughout the year. Not valid for Group bookings.
• The GGOC discount is for Annual Passes only and will allow you access to site during public opening hours, it does not include additional activities which need to be booked or paid for separately.
• The GGOC discount is only valid for annual passes purchased from 1 April 2025 and can’t be applied to any Annual
  Passes purchased prior to this date.
• The Eden Project reserves the right to withdraw this discount at any point.
• Student passes are available to those with a valid student ID card.
• Young adult passes are available to those aged 17 – 25.
• Child passes apply to those aged 5 – 16.

The Great Gardens of Cornwall Loyalty Card Scheme – Tregothnan Terms and Conditions

• As Tregothnan is a private botanical garden visitors will receive a £2 discount on their visit to Tregothnan’s River Gardens and International Tea Centre – rather than the botanical garden.
• The River Gardens and International Tea Centre can be found at the Reading Room, Coombe, TR3 6AR.
